What happens at a Town Meeting?
The Annual Town Meeting is your chance to meet your Councillors, get an overview of the work of the Council from the past year, our services, and our plans for the future. It’s also an opportunity for you to raise matters with the Council and ask questions.
This year we were also be joined by representatives of the Penzance Regeneration Company, Jubilee Pool, and Penzance BID who gave updates on their projects and on their plans for the coming year.
After each presentation, we opened the floor for a short open Q&A session.
We know that not everyone can make the Annual Town Meeting so we have created a transcript from the evening and have recorded all the questions and answers given.
