Apply for a permit by completing our application form and returning to us via email or by dropping into the Penlee Centre – opening hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm).

Payment
We are encouraging all permit holders to pay by BACS Bank Transfer to ensure applications can be processed as quickly and as safely as possible:

Please allow 3 working days for your payment to be processed before coming to collect your permit from the Penlee Centre.
(We can still take payment by cash, card, or cheque at Reception if you are unable pay via BACS)
Enforcement
Cornwall Council will be enforcing parking permits in Wellfields Car Park so it is imperative that permits are clearly displayed and only used on the vehicle the permit is purchased for.
Update on Quarter 1 (2021)
The Finance & General Purposes Committee will be meeting on 28 June 2021 to decide how to recompense permit holders for the first quarter of this year when parking enforcement was not applied.
We will be in touch with those affected to update you on the decision (please note a final decision will be made by Full Council on 19 July 2021).
