If you live in Penzance East Ward and would like to have a by-election to fill this Councillor Vacancy, you need to request this in writing from the Returning Officer at Cornwall Council by Friday 17th December 2021:

If at least 10 residents of Penzance East Ward request a by-election by 17th December, this will take place in the New Year (and no later than 24th February 2022).
