• Car Parks – the only car park we own and manage is Wellfields Car Park

• Environmental Health/Protection
• Fly tipping
• Graffiti removal
• Food Safety
• Health & Social Care
• Housing
• Libraries
• Morrab Gardens (including the war memorial)
• Mounts Bay Coast Path
• Newlyn Green (including Bolitho Gardens)
• Planning Enforcement
• Penzance Bus Station
• Penzance Promenade (including the flagpoles)
• Princess May Recreation Ground
• Roads & Parking (including street lighting, footpaths, street cleaning, abandoned vehicles, flooding)
• Rubbish, Recycling and Waste
• St Anthony Gardens
• Wherrytown Boating Lake
