We use the gov.uk online payments service to process your payments securely online – you do not need to have online banking to use this service.

Renewal letters are sent to all allotment tenants in November and payments are due on 1 January each year.
Please ensure you include your Invoice Number (included on your letter) when making your payment.
If you would prefer to pay by BACS for our services you can continue to do so. You can also pay by card or by cheque in person at our offices at the Penlee Centre, Penlee Park (our opening hours are: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm and we are closed on Bank Holidays). Cheques should be made payable to Penzance Council.
