Your Councillors are all governed by a Code of Conduct
The Localism Act 2011 requires the Council to adopt a Code of Conduct for Members that is consistent with the following principles:
- Selflessness
- Honesty and integrity
- Objectivity
- Accountability
- Openness
- Leadership
- Personal judgement
- Respect for others
- Duty to uphold the law
- Stewardship
