Our car park has 162 spaces, including 4 spaces for Blue Badge holders. Blue Badge holders – please see the signs displayed in the car park for more information.
An all day ticket currently costs £2.50 (plus a 25p BUZZPAY! admin fee if using electronic online payment.)

Step-by-step guide to paying with BUZZPAY!
Our payment machines only take the correct change (10 pence and up). We have two ticket machines: one is located at the entrance of the car park and the other on the lower level outside Penzance Tennis Club.
Parking charges apply Monday to Saturday (inclusive) to all vehicles (including motorcycles).
Parking is free from 16:00 – 09:00 Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.
You can purchase a ticket for the day before 9am (you can only buy a ticket on the day of use).

All income from the car park is used to maintain the gardens and buildings within Penlee Park as well as the car park itself.
Please note: users of our car park do so at their own risk. We cannot accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss to vehicles or other property.

Our parking permits provide cost savings for those parking regularly in Penzance.
A quarterly permit currently costs £100.00. We encourage the use of online payments but can also take payment by card or cheque.

You can pay for your permit online, or by cheque (cheques should be made payable to Penzance Town Council).
You can visit our reception desk in the Penlee Centre to collect your permit (our opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm).
If you would prefer for your permit to posted to you, please let us know when you submit your application.
Please note: a parking permit does not guarantee you a space in the car park or give you priority over other car park users.
The majority of other car parks within the Parish are owned and operated by Cornwall Council – Cornwall Council car parks information.
There are also some privately owned and operated car parks in Newlyn and Mousehole – please check their information boards for details on parking charges.
