A Strategic Plan helps an organisation set out exactly what it wants to achieve – a plan of action.
Our current plan for 2022-26 will provide a focus for Councillors to make decisions about future projects and priorities for the whole Parish and for our Officers to put these into action.

We have identified seven key focus areas to work on over the coming four years.
Each decision taken by the Council will need to demonstrate how it is helping to meet these key focus areas.
We will work to promote, support, and nurture the distinct cultural heritage and identity of our Parish.
We will work to promote, protect, and enhance the natural environment of your Parish, making sure it is accessible for all.
We will continue to build strong community partnerships and engage fully with all our residents.
We will work to make sure our Parish is resilient for the future and offer a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
We will make sure your Council is accessible, fair, transparent, and inclusive.
We will make sure your money is well managed and continue to provide funding opportunities to support community organisations.
We celebrate the distinct communities within our Parish and will make sure all areas are fairly represented.
