The Council is looking to tender a contract for the cleaning of memorials in Penzance Parish.
Penzance Council is the custodian of six memorials within the parish of Penzance. These include: The Louisa AM McGrigor Memorial, Humphry Davy Statue, Fishermen’s Memorial, Battery Rock War Memorial, Newlyn War Memorial, Mousehole War Memorial.
The memorials and statues are of significant civic importance and as such the cleaning activity must be carried out with a high degree of care to ensure that the cleaning method does not damage or degrade the monuments in any way.

The Council is seeking to appoint a Concessionaire to run a café facility for Penlee House Gallery & Museum in Penlee Park.
The appointed Supplier (aka the Concessionaire) would pay a commission-based licence fee, based on percentage gross income with minimum £20,000 annual payment to operate the Café.
The value of the fee will be determined through this tender exercise. A proposed commission structure is set out in the Headline Terms document.
