We use the gov.uk online payments service to process your payments securely online – you do not need to have online banking to use this service.
Please note: we can only accept Visa or Mastercard payments.
A quarterly permit for Wellfields Car Park currently costs £100.00. Parking permits are currently capped at 65 every quarter, issued on a first come, first served basis, ordered by date of full payment received.
PLEASE NOTE: Penzance Council reception will be closed over the Christmas period. The final day to pick up Parking Permits is TUESDAY 23 DECEMBER. After this, permits (for quarterly period 1 January – 31 March) will not be available for collection until reception reopens on MONDAY 5 JANUARY.

Renewal letters are sent to all allotment tenants in November and payments are due on 1 January each year.
Please ensure you include your Invoice Number (included on your letter) when making your payment.
If you would prefer to pay by card, you can do so at our offices at the Penlee Centre, Penlee Park (our opening hours are: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm and we are closed on Bank Holidays).
