Penzance Council will be offering two free parking days at the Wellfield Car Park in December 2020
Free parking days at the Wellfield Car Park will be in operation on the following dates:
- Saturday 19th December
- Thursday 24th December (Christmas Eve)
The free parking days will complement those being offered at all Cornwall Council car parks in Penzance on Saturday 19th December 2020.
With lockdown restrictions being lifted this week, and local businesses in Penzance re-opening in time for the run up to Christmas, Penzance Council are providing two free car parking days to allow people to shop locally for those last-minute Christmas presents.
“It has been such a difficult year for us all and although it’s a small gesture it is nice to give a little back” said Cllr Bonnie Jackson, Chair of the Leisure & Amenities Committee.
“Just a little thank you to all in Penzance, Newlyn, Heamoor, Mousehole, Paul, and Gulval from Penzance Council – Happy Christmas!”
