Previous Minutes

As part of our Local Council Award Scheme (LCAS) Quality Status, we publish minutes from previous municipal years

What is a Municipal Year?

Unlike a calendar or financial year, local government works to a municipal year which is May – May. This is because elections happen in May and a new council is formed at this time. The Councillors then serve a term of four years before the next election.
