If you live in the ward (you can check the ward boundaries online) and would like to have a by-election to fill this Councillor Vacancy, you need to request this in writing from the Returning Officer at Cornwall Council by Friday 8 September 2023:

If at least 10 residents of Penzance East Ward request a by-election by Friday 8 September 2023, this will take place no later than 10 November 2023.
