In November 2020 Penzance Council commissioned an independent review of Penlee House Gallery & Museum.
Activist Group were selected to undertake the review and to help determine a clear vision for the long-term support of Penlee House.
Penzance Council’s objective was to understand the most sustainable way to support Penlee House in the future, reviewing its future strategy, governance and funding, whilst looking to create a business model that would be robust and long-lasting.
