Penwith Landscape Partnership Lescudjack Activity Day

Published: 9th August 2021 in category: Environment, Events, Penzance

Friday 13th August 10:30am to 3:00pm – Lescudjack Hill, Penzance TR18 2BA

Found anything unusual or old in the allotments or your garden? Then bring your finds for identification by a specialist and learn about hidden history. Or come and make an Iron Age pot in an Iron Age fort!

For nature lovers, join our BioBlitz – going on a wildlife safari to find out more about the bugs and beasts that live on Lescudjack. You can also look at moths and other night-time flyers in our moth trap, and build a bug hotel to take home – bringing biodiversity to your garden or balcony.

All the activities are free! All ages are welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult). You may want to bring a waterproof in case of rain (but cross your fingers for a dry day!).
