The Penzance Town Council (off street parking places Wellfields (Penlee) Car Park Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the following council: Penzance Town Council proposes to make the above 2020 Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Act.
This Notice is intended to provide an indication of the Order’s provisions, as outlined below. A copy of the draft Order may be inspected online or at Penzance Town Council Office, Penlee Centre, Penlee Park, Penzance TR18 4HE (9am – 4pm )
The Penzance Town Council (Off Street Parking Places Wellfields (Penlee) Car Park) Order 2020 will introduce conditions of use including operational hours and tariffs.
