Penlee House Gallery & Museum is owned and operated by Penzance Council.
Entry to the galleries is FREE for all residents living in the Penzance Parish (proof of address required). You can check whether you live in the parish by using Cornwall Council’s interactive map or have a look at your Council Tax Bill (if it mentions Penzance Town Council in the breakdown of payments you live in the parish, if it mentions a different Parish Council you live outside of the Penzance Parish boundary).
