St Mary’s Church in Penzance are putting on a free programme of winter wellbeing classes and activities beginning Monday 12th October for members of the public.

The aim of the programme is to help reduce social isolation and improve mental health.

In line with current requirements, track and trace details will be taken and face coverings will need to be worn (except when taking part in yoga and other physical activities – in this case you will need to be two metres apart).

All classes are taken at your own risk and voluntary donations are welcomed (preferably paid by card).

Bookings must be made in advance by calling or texting 07795 936257

For further information and to see what classes and activities are available visit the Penlee Cluster website.
